Classes
Nancy's classes embrace the
flow yoga approach, which develops a strong core stability and
alignment base. They consist of dynamic yoga poses for strength,
flexibility, balance, breath work and deep relaxation. Hands-on
adjustments, understanding of our subtle energy core and vitality, and
how the work of our yoga practice translates to our lives are all
included in her energizing classes. Her style is influenced by her
training in Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara and personal training techniques.
Nancy Has worked with both athletes
who want to enhance their flexibility and core strength or address
over-use injuries. She also uses her knowledge to create yoga practices
for people with anxiety, diabetes, hypertension, asthma, cancer,
obesity, insomnia and depression. She finds continuing inspiration in
the progress she's witnessed as people focus on the body in a slow,
gentle way, and avail themselves of yoga's power to heal.
