Session can include: Yoga Pose Instruction - learning how to improve your practice and work safely in yoga class. Resistance Training using weights, cardio training, resistance bands and balance equipoment. Nutrition Coaching - making the foods you like and the way you like to eat work for you!!! Yoga Bodywork - one-on-one, hands-on yoga session that enables the body to release deeply into poses. Yoga Bodywork is a very compassionate method for understanding yoga poses. This session of restorative yoga poses is done on a Biomat, an infrared heat pad that releases negative ions and incorporates the healing power of amethyst crystals. After a session of Yoga Bodywork, participants can expect to feel a greater sense of vitality, peacefulness, “stretched out” and increased freedom from aches and pains. |
